“Good collection service.  Good communication.  All round good”.

“The gentleman I spoke to told me they were fully booked but because my motorhome was still under warranty, he would try to fit it in, he said he would give me a call in a couple of hours so we went for a coffee into Ashford, after a couple of hours he phoned me to inform me they had found the ad blue injector problem and would be ready to collect in an hour.  I am very pleased with the service I received and the manner it was done in”.

“I booked my car in for its annual service.  A few days before I received a call from one of the staff who confirmed all my details and that my car was due a brake fluid change should I wish to go ahead with that.  On the day my car was promptly booked in.  When I returned to the showroom (ahead of collection time) I was continually kept up to date with how the service was progressing and how much longer it would be before the car was ready.  Polite and efficient service throughout”.
