The staff always make me welcome with a friendly smile. You get the costs involved when possible. You get offered a free hot drink. You get a good service and MOT. You get a call when your vehicle is ready. They also cleaned the car inside and out, which is very welcome when you are disabled. It’s always a pleasure to visit Haynes.

Changed cambelt within two days as promised. Regular reports on other problems. Offering (and doing) a wash and hoover was very welcome.

The day went as planned, I dropped my car off and checked in with the Service Desk. I was advised regarding the estimated collection time, also received a telephone call to confirm my car was ready for collection. Car was given a wash and clean which was a welcome addition to the experience. All good.
