“Efficient and helpful”.

“I was welcomed and offered a cup of tea while I was having a look around.  I didn’t feel hassled in any way.  When I sat down with the Sales Executive and went through the types of cars that I was interested in I found she was very patient and answered all my exhaustive questions.  I didn’t at any time feel pressured to buy.  When I wanted to pick up the car, they went full out to make sure I could collect it when it suited me”.
